We will be leaving from the Baylor University Student Life Center in Waco, Texas. We expext to depart at 10:00 AM CT. With prior approval (SEE WAIVER BELOW) supporters may ride along for whatever distance they want. You must be at the Baylor University Student Life Center by 9:30 AM CT. See the Baylor University Website for information on the location of the Student Life Center.

2/29/2008- With help from Sun City Behavioral Health, Alive Campaign has launched a dollar drive to give the supporters ownership in the campaign. With a single dollar, supporters get ownership of the campaign, a mile, and placement in the credits of our documentary. For more details go to

2/13/08-Our February video blog is now LIVE! Sorry for the wait! We encountered some audio syncing issues with this one (We recently went HD) but rest assured all future video blogs will not have this issue. Also the video is posted to IMEEM this time instead of YouTube due to the size of our HD files. Its not as well known a service as YouTube but it works pretty well.

P.S. As a side note we will be announcing a couple of important initatives in the next couple of weeks and IMEEM will be at the base of one of them! 2/2/08-We finished our first 50 mile training ride today! News crews were out there reporting on what we were doing and an active member on the boards, Jeremiah, was out there with us on the ride. He dedicated his ride to some of people he met on these boards! It was really amazing to have someone we met on facebook come and show his support in a really cool way! We are always open for people to join us on our training rides (we will announce them here). By the way check Fox Sports Network on Tuesday we should have a segment dedicated to the Alive Campaign. Thanks alot!

2/1/08- We just finished speaking at the Junior's League here at waco! It went excellent and we will be giving you the videos of the event as soon as possible.

1/28/08- Good News! We are speaking at the Junior League in Waco this Friday. This is a great way to promote the cause. And for those of you that want to see it, don't worry we'll film it so that you guys can check it out. Second, unfortunately last Saturdays trip to Temple (aprox. 50 miles) was canceled but this Saturday looks like we are going to go on the training session (and we'll film it). If you want to join us and youre in the area email alivecampaign@gmail.com and we'll give you the directions to meet. We're still looking for a non-profit partner to help us out so if you know anyone shoot us an email. Thanks again for the encouragement, we need it, especially when we still have school work!

1/25/08- Sorry we haven't kept you guys posted on our progress, I think for now on we'll let you know what's going on. For all of you that don't know yet we are talking to an MTV U producer about doing a show called "Dean's List". It would help get the cause out there plus we get to pick some really cool music videos. We are also thinking about putting a blog up on our website so that people can read our random thoughts about training, the issue of suicide, and possibly up to date info about our trip while we're on it. Right now we are trying to partner with some National Recognized Suicide Awareness groups so that they can help us make our voices louder. So watch for that. We haven't forgotten you guys we still need your support. Thank all of you that have bought t-shirts as of now we have sold over 100! I want all of you to know that we are just so happy that people have been able to vent on the boards it means so much to us when people are able to get help from normal people like you guys. Thanks again. By the way, Our butts are sore!! (because it seems that this can be misconstrued let me just clarify.... "we're biking a lot"...all better)

11/07/2007: We talked with Baylor's counseling center today and opened up lines of communication with them about Baylor sponsorship. Also we set up an appointment with a legal official about becoming non profit. Also, we have a volunteer from the group to create the website.Also, our next video blog this meeting and will cover the groups evolution up to becoming officially non-profit.
